For those of you who aren’t regular watchers of my YouTube channel, I wanted to call your attention to the series I just wrapped up this month for “No-Effort November”. Other than the theme of low-production effort, and short videos, the only real theme is “Go topics”. But I’ve gotten a pretty good response to a few. And there’s maybe one or two more coming before the end of the month, when I’ll get back to my more normal (and less frequent) video content.
The full list of videos in the series:
- Make your context keys safer with this one simple trick
- Make your exported error values safer
- Making sense of all the confusing print functions
- Stop using
go run main.go
- Learn the CORRECT way to
go mod init
- Go dependencies: To vendor or not to vendor
- How to
go get
a private repo - Two flags to avoid epic failure in your go tests
- How to read a Go stack trace
Now I’ll be getting back to my more-effort, less-frequent video schedule.
Have a topic you’d like to see me cover in an upcoming video? I’d love to hear it!
